Which homes can I tour?
Seven models are available to tour at the Belden Homes sales center. Camp is available to view offsite. Call 607-693-1364 to arrange an offsite visit.
When is the sales center open?
- Monday–Thursday
- 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Friday
- 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Saturday
- 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
After-hours appointments are available by calling or texting Dave at 607-760-8403.
What do Single Section and Double Section mean?
Manufactured Single Section homes are delivered as one section. Manufactured Double Section homes are delivered in two sections and joined at the site.
Do you offer modular homes?
Yes. Contact us to discuss modular options and the requirements for your property.
Can you help with site work?
For eligible projects in our service area, we can coordinate site preparation, foundations, driveways, well, septic, electrical service, delivery, installation, and finish work.
How long does the process take?
The schedule depends on your home, factory timing, financing, permits, and site work. We’ll review the timing for your project with you.
Are the pictured finishes included?
Display-home photos may show optional features. Review the included finishes, available options, final specifications, and pricing with Belden before ordering.
What if I already own land?
Bring the property address and any site plans or information about your driveway, well, septic, and electrical service. We’ll review access and setup needs with you.
