Financing At Belden Homes Inc

Whether you are considering a new modular, doublewide or mobile home, financing your purchase will be one  of the most important parts of the building process. We can help you navigate the financing puzzle with our 35 plus years experience by educating  and connecting you with reputable lenders.

Since we don’t finance homes directly, we won't be pressuring you over which home to choose.  Rather we can direct you to the various financing options that are available to you and that fit your situation. This allows us to act independently on your behalf and share with you our experience.

You can learn more about the financing options that are available by reviewing the selections below. And remember, if you have any questions please contact us as we are more than glad to answer your questions.

Modular Home Financing:

Modular homes are financed in much the same way stick built homes are financed. The available financing options are numerous. Some of the options available include:

In these financing packages the purchase of the land and  home are combined. In addition, if improvements such as septic system, well, or driveway are needed, these often can be included in the finance package as well.

If you already have land

If you already have your land, then financing your new modular home will be very much the same as if you were having a stick built home constructed. In general, this type of financing works by, (need a general outline of how this works)

Doublewide and Mobile Home Financing

Manufactured home financing is more varied than financing for modular homes. One reason is that a manufactured home such as a doublewide or mobile home can be placed on property you own, rent or lease long term. In addition the home can be situated on a full basement, crawl space,  footer and block pier foundations.
